Valefront uses the service providers below to operate the API, accounts, billing, security and support. The exact provider used for a request depends on routing and the service selected.

Cloudflare
Workers, D1 database, email and security infrastructure
Processing locations include Vietnam, Hong Kong, the United States and other Cloudflare locations.

Aegis (id.theaiinc.com)
Account creation, authentication and sign-in
Processing location: Vietnam and service locations used by Aegis.

BytePlus (ModelArk), Microsoft Azure OpenAI, LLM API, Anthropic, Google Gemini through LLM API, OpenRouter, Cloudflare Workers AI and Deepgram
Model and speech inference when selected by Valefront; prompts and responses pass through to the serving provider and are not stored by Valefront
Processing locations may include Vietnam, Hong Kong, the United States, Singapore and other provider locations.

WaveSpeed
Image and video generation when selected by Valefront; prompts, inputs and generated files pass through to WaveSpeed and are not stored by Valefront beyond delivering the result
Processing locations may include the United States, Singapore and other provider locations.

WorldFirst, PayPal and other payment providers added over time
Payment processing and accounting
Processing locations may include Vietnam, Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States and other provider locations.

Viettel (S-Invoice)
Vietnamese VAT e-invoices, issued only for customers in Vietnam who request one (buyer name, tax code, address and invoice amounts)
Processing location: Vietnam.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4; Microsoft Clarity
Website analytics on valefront.com, loaded only after a visitor accepts analytics cookies; never on the dashboard or the API
Processing locations may include the United States and other provider locations.
