Payment methods and security

What you pay for

Prepaid Valefront credit in US dollars, minimum $10.00 per top-up, added in the dashboard under Billing → Add credit.

Accepted payment methods

• Card / online checkout through our payment provider's secure hosted checkout. Card details are entered on the provider's page and are never sent to or stored by Valefront.
• Bank transfer (USD) to our receiving account shown in the dashboard with a unique payment reference. Credit is added when the transfer is received and matched.

Currency

All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD). Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion fees.

When you are charged

Once, when you confirm a top-up. There are no recurring charges. Usage is deducted from your prepaid balance; when the balance is used up, requests are paused until you add credit.

Security

Payment pages use HTTPS. Payments are processed by licensed payment providers; Valefront receives only the confirmation (amount, reference, status). Access to your account is protected by sign-in through our identity service, and API keys are shown once and stored only as hashes.

Receipts and invoices

For every payment you receive a receipt and an invoice by email, and both are available in the dashboard.
